Acceltra Ops
The booking and lead management software Acceltra Digital runs for the businesses we work with, mostly local trades and service companies. It lives at ops.acceltradigital.com and is invite-only: there is no public sign-up.
What it does
- A lead desk: every web form, call and booking for the business in one place.
- Booking pages: the business's customers pick a time from the business's real availability, and the appointment lands in its calendar.
- Calls and texts from the business's own phone number.
- A weekly scoreboard of what came in, what was booked and what was won.
Google Calendar
When a business connects its Google Calendar, Acceltra Ops can:
- see the list of its calendars, so it can choose which ones block its time and which one bookings go into;
- see only when it is free or busy, never what its events are, so the booking page offers open times only;
- add each booked appointment to the chosen calendar, with a Google Meet link and an invitation to the person who booked, and update or remove it when the booking changes.
It never reads, changes or deletes any other event, and Google data is never sold, used for advertising or used to train AI models. A business can disconnect at any time on the Calendar page of its portal. The details are in section 13 of our Privacy Policy.
