Custom Apps

Software built around how you work.

Owned by you, not rented.

Internal tools that replace the spreadsheets, apps and portals your customers log into, the integrations that keep every system in step, and products you can sell. Web, mobile or desktop, from a team that builds and runs its own software platform.

What we build

The software a business runs on.

If it runs on a screen and your business depends on it, we can build it, around the way your team already works.

Internal tools

Job tracking, scheduling, inventory and quoting in one system built around how your team already works, so nothing depends on someone remembering to update a spreadsheet.

Apps and portals your customers use

Accounts, booking, order tracking and portals, fast and in your brand. Yours, so no vendor can raise the price or take your customer data with them.

Integrations

Your CRM, your accounting, and the spreadsheet that still runs half the business, kept in step through APIs and sync jobs, so your reports are current.

Products you can sell

If your way of working is good enough that others would pay for it, we build it as software you can sell: accounts, roles, billing, and the admin behind them.

Platforms

Web, mobile or desktop.

Wherever the work happens. One back end behind all of them, so a feature lands everywhere at once.

Web apps

Reachable from anywhere. Installed nowhere.

  • Software your team and your customers open from any device, with nothing to install.
  • Updates land the moment they ship.
  • Sign-in, payments, live data and access by role, built in.

Built by us

We run software, not just build it.

Acceltra Ops is our own platform: the booking, phones, pipeline, ads reporting and client portals behind our Lead Gen and Voice AI, built and run in-house. The team that keeps it running is the team that builds yours.

Booking engine

Real availability from Google Calendar, Meet and Zoom links, questions, confirmations and reschedules, embedded on any site.

Phone system

Numbers per source, call rules by hours and holidays, team ringing, and an AI receptionist that books and logs every call.

Lead pipeline

Forms, Meta lead ads and calls in one place, with alerts, one owner per lead and a timeline on each.

Ads reporting

Meta spend against leads and work won, read again every hour, with an AI review beside the figures.

Client portal

Invite-only access by role, for leads, bookings, calendar connections and ads.

Payments

Stripe checkout links and charges, tied to the project they pay for.

And for clients: a BC law firm's case system, the one its staff use every day, joined to the website chat, the phones and the ads so every new matter starts in one place.

Rent or own

What renting your software costs over time.

Renting is often the right call. Custom pays off when the software is core to how you make money, or when this bill has become one of your largest lines. We'll tell you straight which side you're on.

How it gets built

Mapped, proven, then built out.

  1. Map it

How the work runs today, what the software has to do, and a fixed price, in writing, before any build begins.

  2. Prove it

A focused first version in real users’ hands early, so the next decision rests on what happened rather than a guess.

  3. Build it

The whole system, across the platforms your work needs, tested properly, documented and handed over.

  4. Run it

New features when you need them, monitoring that catches problems before you do, and fixes when something breaks.

Yours to keep

Built for you, owned by you.

The point of custom software is that it is yours. So all of it is.

Your code

The source is yours, and it runs on infrastructure you control, not ours.

Your data

In a database you own, structured so it can leave with you whenever you choose.

Documented and handed over

Bring it in-house or move it to another team whenever you like. None of it depends on us sticking around.

No per-seat bill

Add people as the business grows without the software bill growing with them.

Questions

What owners ask first.

Why build custom when there’s already software for this?

Off-the-shelf fits the average business. Custom pays off when the software is core to how you make money, or when the per-seat bill has quietly become one of your largest lines. We will tell you straight when it is not worth it.

Isn’t custom software expensive and slow?

It takes real time and real money upfront, and we won’t pretend otherwise. But it is a tool you own, not a bill you pay forever. A working first version comes early, then it is built out in pieces, so you see it working long before the whole thing is done.

Am I locked in if you disappear?

No. You own the code and the data, it runs on infrastructure you control, and everything is documented and handed over. You can bring it in-house or move it to another team at any time.

Will it work with the systems we already run?

Usually that is the first thing we build. It sits alongside your CRM, your accounting and your other tools, connected through APIs and sync jobs, rather than forcing you to replace everything at once.

Can you build a product we sell to other businesses?

Yes. Accounts, roles, billing and the admin behind them are the same pieces our own platform runs on. We will help you decide whether the idea is ready to sell before you spend on the whole thing.

Web, mobile or desktop: which do we need?

Most business software should start as a web app, because everyone can open it on any device. Mobile earns its place when people work in the field; desktop when the work needs files, hardware or no connection. We will recommend one, with the reason.

What does it cost?

It depends on what the software has to do, so it is mapped first and priced then: a fixed price, in writing, before any build begins.
