Book Strategy Call
On Air / In Studio

[05] Studio

Every format.
One creative team.
Yours on retainer.

Strategists, directors, editors, writers, designers, and distributors. All under one roof. Scaled to whatever your business actually needs, from one polished pillar a month to a full media-company calendar.

You stop being the bottleneck. The audience starts hearing from you on a calendar that does not slip.

Publishing

There are two kinds of brands online.

Sometimes-publishers

They post when someone has a free hour.

  • 01 The podcast comes out when the founder remembers.
  • 02 The keynote video sits on a hard drive for three months.
  • 03 Each asset gets used exactly once.
  • 04 Quality drifts between formats and freelancers.
  • 05 The audience drifts with it.

Always-publishers

They ship on a calendar. It does not slip.

  • 01 The audience knows when the next thing drops.
  • 02 Every story gets told from multiple angles.
  • 03 Every asset works hard before it sleeps.
  • 04 Quality stays consistent because one team owns it.
  • 05 The audience compounds. Inbound gets warmer.

You are already one of these. The only question is which.

The Roster

Who you get.

Hire us once. Get the full creative department you would otherwise have to staff individually. All eight roles, working as one studio, on one calendar, against one brief.

Strategist

Picks the stories.

Maps your expertise to the questions your buyers actually ask. Builds the calendar.

Director / Producer

Runs the shoot.

Plans the day. Lights, frames, prompts, gets the take. You stay on camera, not in logistics.

Audio Engineer

Studio-quality sound.

Records, mixes, masters. Your podcast and voiceover sound like a real studio, not a Zoom call.

Video Editor

Cuts every variant.

Long-form, vertical, square, audiogram, highlight reel. Same hand on every cut, so the brand never wobbles.

Writer

Sounds like you.

Articles, newsletters, threads, captions, hooks. Voice locked in week one, then matched on every piece after.

Designer

Visuals stay on-brand.

Carousels, thumbnails, quote cards, episode art. One visual system, every channel, no Canva-template tells.

Social Manager

Owns the calendar.

Schedules, captions, replies, monitors. Posts go live when the algorithm wants them, not when you have a window.

Analyst

Watches what works.

Reads the numbers each month. Tells you what to keep, what to kill, and what to test next.

Eight specialists, one studio, one quality bar. The roles you would otherwise stitch together with three freelancers and a hopeful Slack channel.

The Brain Work

What we figure out for you.

Production is half the job. The other half is knowing what to publish, where it belongs, and how to shape it for each audience. That work is included.

01 / Ideas

What stories to tell.

We map your expertise against what your buyers actually search for, ask in calls, and hesitate over before purchase. Each story earns its slot or gets killed.

  • Audience research and pain mapping
  • Pillar topics tied to your sales cycle
  • Editorial calendar planned a quarter ahead

02 / Platforms

Where each story belongs.

Not every story belongs on every channel. We pick the platforms your audience actually uses, then publish native to each one. Different hook, different aspect ratio, different cadence.

  • Channel selection per audience segment
  • Platform-native hooks and openers
  • Posting cadence tuned to each algorithm

03 / Variants

How each story gets shaped.

Long, short, square, vertical, audio, written. Every variant your audience might consume, made in-house. No subcontracting, no quality drift, no waiting on a freelancer with three other clients on fire.

  • Multi-format cuts of every pillar
  • Captions, hooks, thumbnails per platform
  • Brand-consistent visuals, every time

You bring the expertise. We bring the studio. Nobody on your side has to learn the algorithms.

The Multiplier

One story. Every shape your audience watches in.

When we shoot a long-form piece or record a podcast, we do not ship one file. The same story gets cut, captioned, reformatted, and rewritten for every platform your audience uses.

Scope

The studio. Not the megaphone.

This is the studio. It builds the things you publish. The megaphone is upstream: paid media, brand positioning, ad spend, where to put the dollars to amplify what comes off the line.

If positioning still needs work, or you want paid spend amplifying the output, that is Digital Marketing. Most clients eventually run both. We will tell you which to start with on the call.

Common Questions

The questions you are already asking.

How is this different from your Digital Marketing service?

The studio versus the megaphone. We make the videos, podcasts, articles, and social. Digital Marketing decides what your brand says and where to spend amplifying it. Most clients eventually run both. If positioning is weak, start there. If positioning is solid and the channels are starving, start here. We will be honest on the call about which one matters more for your stage.

Do you handle ideas and strategy or just execute briefs?

Both. We can take a brief and run, or we can build the strategy from scratch. Most clients want the second one because the strategist is the role they are missing in-house. We map your expertise to your audience's actual questions and your sales cycle, then turn that into a publishing calendar.

Do you handle distribution or just production?

Both. Production without distribution is content sitting on a hard drive at full price. Every piece we ship goes out on a calendar set in week one. YouTube, podcast platforms, your blog, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok. Captioned, scheduled, posted, comments monitored. You do not touch a CMS unless you want to.

What if my business does not need a full media-company calendar?

Most do not. The studio scales. Some clients run one polished video a month with a small repurposing tail. Others run a full multi-channel newsroom. The math, the team, and the formats flex to the business. We size it on the call.

Do we own the content?

Yes. Raw footage, edited masters, written drafts, branded templates, all yours. If we ever stop working together you take the entire library. We are a studio, not a content lock-in. The work is your work.

When do we see results?

Reach metrics move first, usually within a few weeks of going live. Audience growth and lead capture compound from month two onward as the algorithms learn who to show you to. SEO from editorial shows up around month four to six because that is how indexing works. Revenue attribution becomes meaningful once enough captured leads have moved through your sales cycle. We set the right baselines for your stage in week one.

Can you work with our existing team?

Yes. Most clients have an in-house marketer or social manager. We slot in as the production capacity they do not have. They keep strategy and brand voice. We deliver against it. Shared content calendar, shared asset library, weekly sync. We do not replace internal teams. We make them faster.

Is everything really made in-house?

Yes. Strategy, video, audio, editing, writing, design, distribution, analytics, all under one roof. No subcontracting to a freelancer with three other clients on fire, no quality drift between formats, no waiting two weeks for an edit because the only person who can do it is on vacation. One team, one calendar, one quality bar.
